ELIT Equilibrium started modestly, with Meriem mentoring a handful of professionals, focusing on both their career and personal development. Her unique approach quickly gained attention, and soon, clients from Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia were seeking her services. To meet growing demand, Meriem brought in two exceptional senior consultants: Bilal, an expert in public relations and organizational development, and Ridwane, a master of governance and leadership. Together, they formed a powerhouse team. Sophia, their dedicated executive assistant, ensured everything ran smoothly, allowing the team to focus on empowering their clients.
